Albert Lam5 StarAfter a pinhole leak in my house, I was recommended to What's Next Emergency Response to help with assessing extent of water damage and providing options for how to approach repairs. Albert, the owner, arrived and provided a thorough, open, and honest review of my property. I was impressed off the bat when he arrived and had his own dust mat and booties that he put on without even asking before entering my home. This showed his sense of treating my home as his.
Albert came armed with a moisture meter and thermal camera to evaluate the extent of water spread from the leak. He laid out various options of repairs, including insurance and non-insurance paths, and did not try to sell me on extra and more comprehensive actions. Instead, he was transparent and neutral, providing his opinion on risk mitigation even with options that might not necessarily require his own services.
This level of integrity is rare, and I really appreciated Albert's friendliness, honesty, and helpfulness. Fortunately for me, What’s Next Emergency Response was recommended to me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They immediately went into action to place the necessary equipment for drying things out, worked closely with my insurance company, and did an outstanding job of taking all the needed steps to get my bathroom stripped down and prepared for the renovation work. We are a 24/7 emergency plumbing company.
We are literally working all hours of the night.
And when our technician are out at a 3am sudden burst our plumbers can take care of the plumbing issue.
We called What’s Next Emegency, picked up acts 2 rings,
