Their technicians were amazing to work with. Very professional and friendly as well. From the time I called to the actual restoration, both guys I talked with were very helpful. I can see they were perfectly alright with me asking a lot of questions, which I am thankful. I can be quite assertive and detail-oriented so much I ask or demand a lot. But I never saw or heard any sign of annoyance from these guys. That, plus how well they did in restoration my water damaged garage was enough reason for me to hire or recommend them.

Tip Top Restoration saved our house, definitely. Our pipe broke in the middle of the night and our whole kitchen and our hallways began to flood. At that time there's no company specialized in water damages which is available, but Tip Top Restoration reacted to our emergency, and they did it in the best way. In under 50 minutes that they were already in our home and began to extract all of the water. They also dried and fully disinfected all the areas affected by the water. Their customer service is just the best.

The drain in my patio was clogged: it rained heavily and the water never went down the drain. Instead, it accumulated at night and my patio became a giant pool. The next day, when I woke up, I realized that my patio was completely flooded and that there was a lot of water inside my house. I called Tip Top Restoration because they have always taken care of any water damage I've had. Fortunately, this time I was not disappointed: they extracted all the water, protected the affected surfaces and my patio was completely dry and clean.

Well, it's never fun discovering that you've had a slow leak within your wall for a matter of a couple of months. Not to mention my birthday party was bearing down on us and there's no time to wait. We were looking at a fair amount of demo and downtime as things dried out. Steven managed the team and came out asap to get things moving right away. Even with some anxiety coming in the form of a couple of phone calls from me right around the holiday, Steven had my back and did everything he could to keep things moving. Tip Top Restoration teammates made the necessary visits to make sure everything was going as it should be. They were efficient, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to all. Good job.
