Faulty dishwasher damaged my kitchen cabinets and flooring in August 2023. I reached out to insurance and Servpro and started the process to rebuild my kitchen. Servpro came out, built a containment zone and completed water mitigation in 3 days. Of course this left me without a usable kitchen and a containment zone. Keep this in mind because once you start you can’t go back. Adrian helped me navigate through insurance for the reconstruction phase. While it took some time due to various factors like insurance and me trying to not replace all my floors (impossible if your engineered wood is older than 2 years), I can’t stress the importance of having someone like Adrian provide all the detailed estimates and interface with insurance so I could focus on figuring out how to rebuild my kitchen. Fast forward to end of Jan, I’m almost done with my rebuild and Adrian played a huge part in making this happen!

Had a good experience with Servpro after using them for mitigation and repairs to my home after major water damage. Adrian was very friendly and responsive and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. They were very efficient and fast with completing all the work and handling even minor corrections. Our HOA experienced a serious problem when a homeowner went to have their approved window slider installed. The installer found termite damage and dry rot. The project was stopped and the window was boarded up. We knew exactly who to call. We got ServPro of Redondo Beach/Manhattan Beach on the phone and they came right away. We did get three quotes on the project and our HOA Board chose ServPro because they had the best price, the best service, and are great at communicating. The lead evaluator, Adrian, was superb at communication, being on time, and providing a lot of details as to what needed to be done. We spoke to Josh, the owner and he was very insightful as well. The crew (Ivan and others) did an excellent job - they did demo, remodeled, drywall, and painted with great expertise and skill. The job was done in time for the owner to have her window installed. When you have an unforeseen problem, ServPro is the one to call! Thank you Adrian. We appreciate all you did for us.

We had a leaky roof after a big storm. Servpro came up really quickly to evaluate the damage, cut out the wall and dry the underlying surface. They also restored and repainted the wall. They were very professional, even with the hassles that insurance put us through. Special props to Adrian for being very responsive to phone calls. Thanks
