Romero Rosales and his team were extremely professional and neat. They came in and did a fantastic job packing up our home and all our valuable pieces. Romero takes great pride in is work and his teams work. They are all very trust worthy as well. I could leave my home and not worry about anything. I was extremely impressed and would recommend Romero and his team to all of my clients, family and friends.

I’ve never written an online review before but I want to do this. I have no regrets choosing Qwik Response. I had a water damage in my house and decided to call QwikResponse. Garrett is the project manager/coordinator who came to my place and assessed the damage. He was a nice guy who understood my situation. The following day or two, he emailed me the estimated cost of the damage and began contacting my insurance to finalize the total cost of the repair. It was approved and then Garrett brought Eddie, the guy who did the renovation. He is also nice and funny. Both Garrett and Eddie made me feel comfortable. Eddie made me choose the color, the materials to use etc. they gave me warranty of their work. I must say they finished the work in more than a month but it’s worth the wait. I’d rather wait longer with a good result than rush them and not have the job done properly. Their crew are also nice and polite. They did a very good job. I will recommend them to my friends.

QwickResponse just completed changing our tub/shower to a walk in shower. We could not be happier with the total experience. Ron Richter led this effort from quote to follow up and we had our expectations exceeded. We selected Qwikresponse because of the good experience we had with you on a floor leak a couple of years ago. In both efforts, every contractor and employee we met were all very professional, pleasant and all did excellent work. The shower effort was completed on time and most amazingly under estimate. Even when we had a minor issue, this was followed up immediately, no questions, not hassle and done correctly. There is no question we will strongly recommend your company and team to our friends for their home projects. Thank you Ron for managing this effort so well. This is a fantastic company. We had water damage to our wall from a leak in the roof. They were recommended to us by our home insurance company USAA. First, they came out immediately to do the water mitigation part to make sure we would not get mold. Then they assessed and repaired the damage to the roof and didn't even charge as much as we were expecting which just shows how trustworthy they are. Once the roof was repaired, they came and rebuilt our wall. The tricky part was matching the paint on the wall and the wood stain of the ceiling with the non-damaged older area. When they finished, I couldn't tell there had been any damage at all. Everyone we dealt with was skilled and professional. I am so glad we used this company and I will definitely use them in the future if necessary.

The packout and packin crews were great. Very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job, better than any moving company I have ever used. My antique furniture and and fragile collectibles were all handled with great care. I highly recommend this company. .
