Flood Usa are the ones to call if you have a disaster. We had a pipe break while we were on vacation. Our house was ruined! The crew did a great job drying our house, caring for our furniture and putting everything back in place. The construction crew did a great job repairing the house and it looks great. This disaster has allowed us to remodel and thanks to Flood Usa they turned a tough situation into a blessing.

My husband and I own a rental home in Fountain Valley. While we were away we had a water pipe burst. The renters called Flood Usa because of a recommendation. They responded immediately!! Worked directly with our insurance agent and even SAVED OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS!! They were compassionate as well and followed up with us. Now we use them to clean are upholstery and rugs on a regular basis. We strongly recommend Flood Usa to anyone who has an emergency or needs professional service.

We live in San Francisco, moved there last year to a brand new house. Apparently, the renovation we did at the master bedroom bathroom came out not to well. One of the pipes got damaged during the renovation and caused a serious leak all over our room and the kid's room as well. Flood USA sent an estimator within an hour and we had an estimate at no time, he was very professional. The staff were at our doorstep the next morning with all the equipment ready to do the job. They did an awesome job while giving us an accurate explanation about the work. I will refer Flood USA to all of my friends and family!!!
