From supervising Manager Rafael, his assistant Daniella to Oscar, Maria and the rest of the crew that helped with our personal belongings being packed out and brought back to our residence when our home was ready. The Repair Crew led by Aaron Martinez were punctual, responsive and very diligent in their work. Mateo and Manuel worked quickly and were very careful of our property. The carpet is beautiful and the carpet person(don't remember his name) was professionally done. Charles Chuateco5 StarI've used PRC Restoration twice in 9 years! Pin hole pipe leaks are so frustrating! PRC made the experience much more bearable. Ricardo, manager of the repair crew, remembered me from 9 years ago when we had a leak in the same room! His team did a great job repairing the ceiling of three of my rooms. You'll never get a brand new room after the damage due a pipe leaks, but you'll get pretty close to the next best thing! I highly recommend PRC Restoration and their teams for any home damage covered by insurance. They are very thorough and do great work!Thursday 7th March 2024
