I cannot say enough about how great Paul Davis was during our water damage restoration. From 1st contact with Mary to the completion with Edgar. And the crew that handled all the demo and repairs were fantastic. (apologies for any misspelling of names). Starting with Damian and Aiden and their team, very professional and polite. Mendoza and his team did a great job with restoring our cabinets. Ethan and his team, our floors are beautiful. Hector and Hector, wonderful job on the carpeting. AND THE BIGGEST THANKS AND APPRECIATION GOES TO SERGIO. He can do anything and did. We greatly appreciate everything the Paul Davis team did in repairing our water damage and we are so pleased with the end result.

Over the years we have had three major floor installations, (one tile, two wood). Paul Davis impressed us beyond our expectations. Paul Davis’s sales rep and general manager, Chad Shroff was thorough in all areas, from efficiently answering our many questions, checking on the progress of the work, and finalizing the completion of the job. Chad is truly an ambassador for this company. He is one of best contractors we have worked with as homeowners. We chose a high-end luxury vinyl wood and the quality of the wood and installation are outstanding! The installers, Luis and Sergio were efficient, courteous and conscientious about cleaning every day and easy to communicate with. Paul Davis’ office staff were always professional and easy to work with. We visited three other Orange County flooring companies before choosing Paul Davis. We had such a great experience with Paul Davis Buena Park. We had a pipe leak in our kitchen and our insurance had them contact us for the demo. We have had a previous kitchen remodel from a different company who were extremely rude and who destroyed our house, leaving dirt and dust everywhere, so I was very nervous to have the same type of experience. Paul Davis Buena Park was able to come out within a couple days (non-emergency) to assess the water damage. Damian was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. They were able to come the next day to start the work. Michael and Damian arrived and got promptly to work, they communicated clearly what the process would be, and updated me throughout the day. I was most impressed with the barrier they set up to contain all the dust/debris from the work performed and how incredibly clean everything was when they left. They even got a special machine to help lift and move our fridge as to not damage our floors. I highly recommend them!!
