Late on December 23, 2023 we noticed that our Master Bathroom shower had started backing up. Resolving to call a plumber first thing the next day, we went to bed and woke up at 4:00 AM on Christmas Eve with water pouring out of the shower as our water softener had started regenerating during the night. A category 3 (Black Water) flood enveloped our Master Bathroom, Master Bedroom, spread into the hall, down the hall into the living room, and other areas. I immediately called Orange Coast Clean as I have used them for years to clean my carpets and I had become aware that they now offer restoration services. Logan responded immediately and they (he and his partner Ryan) were at my house within 30-45 minutes and rapidly went to work removing water, moving and raising furniture, and minimizing damages. They also let us know that we'd have to evacuate ASAP as this type of flood is bacterial laden and toxic, particularly to anyone with health issues, which my husband has. They worked for hours that day to pack up and save our belongings, as well as cutting out the damaged drywall and setting up fans and dehumidifiers and applying anti-bacterial agents to our floors. Over the next several days, including Christmas, they were managing the "dry out" and working with our insurance company. They also helped 'reset' our furniture after our repairs were completed. There aren't enough words to describe their compassion and professionalism during this very stressful and difficult time, particularly during the Holidays with a household full of company. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this Orange Coast Clean team, along with Logan and Ryan to anyone that needs restoration of any type, carpet cleaning, upholstering cleaning, etc. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Their attention to detail is second to none.
